A cozy neighborhood classic, Amélie Upper West Side is a bistro with the heart of a wine bar. Settle in for a dinner of French bistro classics and a flight of your favorite French pours, hold down a sidewalk table through the generous happy hour, or wander in for a relaxed weekend brunch.
From the warm welcome to the music, ambiance, and attentive servers, everything was top-notch. I also took a moment to try the crispy artichokes, and they were another standout dish.
Food and atmosphere were amazing, interior was so cozy and unexpected, but the highlight was playlist— afrobeat to chemise to labi siffre to Le Tigre to Bruce Springsteen to bad bunny ?! Spotify can't touch you.
Was surprised to see so many people here during happy hour! If you want a table, make sure to get a reservation no matter how early. The wine flight was nice and the finger food went very well with it.

While walking around the Upper West Side near 86th Street, I got a craving for truffle fries. I searched for places nearby and found a review that said, 'Do yourself a favor and try the truffle fries,' so I did— and absolutely no regrets! From the warm welcome to the music, ambiance, and attentive servers, everything was top-notch. I also took a moment to try the crispy artichokes, and they were another standout dish.
