Every year on the third Thursday of November, the very first wine of the most recent harvest is released, and across France glasses are filled with young and punchy Beaujolais Nouveau. At Amélie, we've updated the tradition for true oenophiles. We'll be celebrating all month with three spectacular vintage wines from the Beaujolais region that reflect the dimensions and finesse of the region's iconic Gamay Noir.

Morgon Vieilles Vignes, Anthony Thevenet
22 / 89Old-vine Gamay with soft tannins and elusive herbal notes over juicy plum and red berry. The perfect red for a table of plates to share. Biodynamic.
Brouilly Vieilles Vignes, Domaine des Grands Rocs
18 / 68Old vines in Saint-Lager give this Brouilly more depth than its easygoing reputation suggests. Ripe strawberry and red currant on soft, round tannins.
